Sarpanch Onkar Singh of village Sahanu on May 17, 2022 reported 15 Field Ammunition Depot about the fire incident at village sahanu and nearby forest area.
Major Damanbir Singh, Fire Officer of 15 Field Ammunition Depot Jindrah along with 02 TFF (Truck Fire Fighting) and fire crew immediately reached the site of fire at 8.15pm. Fire was extensively spreading in the residential and forest areas. After Three hours of continuous fire fighting efforts under the supervision of Fire Officer Maj Damanbir Singh, the fire was controlled and dowsed which could save approximately 120 houses and animals in the village.
